  • What is Compozure?
    Compozure is a lifestyle concierge offering a variety of personal services on-demand and on-subscription. From personal styling to personal cheffing, our vetted experts are dedicated to managing your weekly essentials so you can focus on your life goals.
  • What's the process to book a service?
    It's an easy, 4-step process: Choose Your Service - select a service category (e.g. Personal Chef, Personal Assistance) and then, choose a pricing package (e.g. Meal Prep, On-demand). Provide Service Details - share more details of what you need and when and pay a small deposit to confirm your booking. Your deposit is fully refundable before your service starts. Expert Matching - we will send you an email with a suggest expert match suited to your needs. Connect and Confirm - once you confirm your expert match, we will connect you to have an intro call with them. From there, you can sit back and relax while they run your to-dos.
  • What is your cancellation policy of a service or subscription?
    Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while respecting our experts' time and scheduling: Service Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 72+ hours before your service, you will receive a 100% refund of your service fee. If you cancel 24-72 hours before your service, you will receive a credit or partial refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of before your service, there is no refund and your full service fee will be retained. Subscription Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 72+ hours before your next charge, you will not be charged. If you cancel within 72 hours of your next charge or after your charge, you will receive a partial refund, minus a 5% transaction fee. You can cancel or modify your service or subscription by emailing service@compozure.co with the subject line "Cancel Service" or "Cancel Subscription".
  • Will my deposit be refunded if I cancel my service?
    Once you book a service, we will email you to initiate the expert matching process. If you decide not to proceed after being matched with an expert, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • What if I don't see the service I need listed?
    Compozure will try to help you with whatever you need. If you can't find what you are looking for, you can email our client services team at service@compozure.co to ask whether we can complete the task you need.
  • Is travel included in the price?
    For our on-demand (hourly) services, travel is not included. We charge a travel fee for each service to cover our service providers travel costs. For our subscription services, an expert's travel time is complementary provided you are based in a serviceable location. *Note that we currently only conduct in-person services in and around New York City. Upon booking with us, it's open to our discretion whether we can service your area.
  • Are taxes included?
    Sales tax is added at the point of transaction.
  • Do you offer virtual services?
    We offer virtual services across the USA. The only services we can't provide virtually are personal cheffing and home cleaning. If you want your service conducted virtually, please check the appropriate box at booking or when we email you to match you to an expert, please let us know.
  • Who purchases the ingredients and groceries for my Personal Chef service?
    For the meal prep bundle, your Private Chef will provide a grocery/ingredient list for you to purchase for each week. For the private event bundle, your Private Chef will purchase all necessary groceries and ingredients. Standard grocery costs are included in our service fee. If premium ingredients are required, your chef will discuss this with you for approval before any additional charges are applied.
  • What happens if I go on vacation? Can I pause my meal prep subscription?
    Absolutely, you can pause you subscription payments at any time, within the following policies: - Please email us at service@compozure.co at least 5 days before the meal prep(s) you'd like to skip. With this notice period, we will pause your subscription and you will not be billed for that skipped period. - If you email us within 5 days before the meal prep(s) you'd like to skip, the amount will be creditable towards our services. - If you email us within 24 hours of the meal prep(s) you'd like to skip, the prepaid amount is non-refundable.
  • If I have a subscription (e.g. weekly meal prep), how do I cancel it?
    You can cancel your subscription at anytime, with 14 days notice before your upcoming subscription payment. To cancel your subscription, please email our client services team, at service@compozure with the email subject "Cancel Subscription" and include: your name and the email address associated with the account in the email body. We will cancel your subscription 14 days after we receive your email.
  • I see your pricing is custom but, what pricing range can I expect?
    Depending on the skills required and the stages of your project, our pricing can range from $100/hr to $200/hr.
  • Do your Interior Design services have to be in-person? Can I book virtual interior design services?
    We offer interior design services virtually and in-person. This is particularly useful if you live outside of NYC and we don't have any in-person service providers in your area.
  • I see your pricing is custom but, what pricing range can I expect?
    Depending on the skills required and the stages of your project, our pricing can range from $75/hr to $150/hr.
  • Do you offer virtual personal styling services?
    We offer personal styling services virtually and in-person. This is particularly useful if you live outside of NYC and we don't have any in-person service providers in your area.
  • What type of tasks fall within personal assistance?
    Our assistants are personal, personal assistants. They are there to help you with organizing and managing your personal life. They can do anything from grocery shopping to home organization to calendar management. They can also help manage other compozure service providers for you when you need them.
  • Do I have to hire a cleaner to have laundry services?
    No, you can have laundry services separately however, it comes at a discounted price if you include it with your cleaning service.
