With a Mediterranean background and heritage and a learned passion for ancient cooking practices, Chef Oren balances historic traditions and ingredients with popular, modern-day cuisines and flavors. His experience of working one-on-one with ayurvedic practitioners, being a sous chef for a catering company and assisting various holistic health coaches sparked a deep appreciation for sustainable food practices in modern life. He firmly believes that an integrative approach to one's body is the antidote for contemporary day stress and the solution for living a full, vibrant life. Oren currently offers personalized culinary services and in-house meal preparation to high-profile clients in New York City.
