James' Story
With a career spanning twenty five years in the business, beginning in restaurants, hotels and catering companies, each chef and place made a lasting impression on James and shaped the culinarian he is today. As a personal chef, he focuses on creating exquisite food that is familiar, somewhat relaxed, but at the same time, challenges palates and creates something new. James loves farm-to-table cuisine. He sources local ingredients to develop unique dishes and enhance his experiences.
